2009-01-05 SHARING OPTIONS:
 (Marietta, OH, Vienna, WV, January 5, 2009) Offenberger & White, Inc., of Marietta, OH (OffWhite) and Salter and Associates, LLC, of Vienna, WV, have completed a joint venture agreement between the two firms establishing an independent integrated marketing communication firm, OffWhite Salter, LLC.
The company is concentrating service and business development efforts on emerging companies in life science, biotech, laboratory equipment, instrumentation and allied markets throughout the USA and abroad.  The new company, jointly owned by Offenberger & White, Inc. and Salter & Associates, LLC, combines staff resources, infrastructure and administrative services into a single operating unit which now serves national and international accounts from offices in Marietta, OH and Vienna, WV. The company plans to open an office in the Far East in 2009.Offenberger & White was founded in 1985; Salter & Associates in 1986. OffWhite Salter brings together OffWhite expertise in information architecture, technical and life science marketing, and Web and database development, along with Salter & Associates’ award-winning creative, public relations and media services across business-to-business and consumer markets.
